INKJET CARTRIDGE

If we don't have one done for you when you come in…

1) A Cartridge World employee will most likely ask you how long your inkjet cartridge has been "empty" or "out of use".

2) The cartridge will be given a "footprint test" to see if the printhead has dried up.

3) The cartridge will be weighed to see how much ink needs to be replaced.

4) The cartridge will be cleaned with special solutions that allow the printheads to open up again if previously clogged.

5) The cartridge will then be filled with the appropriate amount and type of ink that is unique to your cartridge.

6) After refilling, your cartridge will be put into a live printer and tested 3-7 times to assure the highest quality standards.

7) After successful testing, your cartridge will be packaged and you are on your way in less than 15 minutes!

LASER TONER CARTRIDGE

If we don't already have one done for you when you come in…

1) Your empty toner cartridge will be completely disassembled.

2) Every part of your cartridge will be cleaned and inspected for damage.

3) After replacing the parts that are damaged or worn, the cartridge is reassembled.

4) The cartridge is then filled to its capacity with cartridge-specific toner.

5) Your laser toner cartridge will then be tested in a live printer for ten to twenty pages to assure the highest quality.

6) The typical time frame for a laser toner cartridge to be remanufactured is about 35 minutes.

All of our refilled and remanufactured cartridges are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the customer is unhappy with their cartridge, it will be replaced at no cost.

In our first year of operation, we have refilled/remanufactured over 15,000 cartridges. Returns make up less than 3% of the cartridges we produce!!! As we continue to grow and develop our techniques, this success rate will only get better!

Our Warranty

Cartridge World uses only the best quality imaging supplies and guarantees that cartridges refilled by our company will perform as well as the original equipment manufactures supplies under similar conditions.

Our toners and inks are sourced from top suppliers the world over, and are each uniquely formulated for the many different cartridges available. Our extensive range of testing equipment is further assurance of our commitment to quality control and customer satisfaction. Worn parts are replaced if necessary so that our cartridges produce sharp black text, vibrant colours, with clear graphics.

If you are dissatisfied with the results of any of our refilled cartridges, please return the cartridge within 90 days of purchase together with receipt of purchase to the Cartridge World store where purchased. The Cartridge World store will repair the faulty cartridge, credit the full amount against a new cartridge or provide a full refund in exchange for the faulty cartridge.

In the unlikely event of a claim that a cartridge refilled by Cartridge World caused damage to the printing mechanism of your equipment, please obtain a written statement from the equipment servicing company or the equipment manufacturer stating exactly how the Cartridge World refilled cartridge was responsible for said damage. Send this statement and the service invoice together with the cartridge to the Cartridge World place of purchase. Cartridge World will reimburse the full amount of the repair charge for any such valid claim.

This warranty is in addition and does not affect your statutory rights under local legislation.
